Utilization, renovation, and development

Since the organization's inception it has collaborated with community donors and volunteers to begin rehabilitation and renovation efforts on its major building project, the 15,000 square foot "UJAMAA Community Development Center" located at 5076 West Florissant Ave. In the Mark Twain Neighborhood of North St. Louis City.

The renovation of the 15,000 square foot building located at 5076 West Florissant, St. Louis, MO 63115 is ongoing. The 1st Phase is complete and the Ujamaa CDC and BFLT Administrative/Executive office is operating from the site. We have also implemented some community programs from this location.

 UJAMAA’s first floor and the annex building is currently accessible to Americans with Disabilities (ADA).
