Darron M. Collins-Bey, Pres./CEO

Mr. Collins-Bey is a Single custodial Father of four, Marine Corps Veteran, and Community Leader. A passionate visionary and proponent of Economic Empowerment for the underserved and dis-enfranchised. He has spent the past 15 years serving less fortunate disadvantaged members of society as a Career Counselor, Motivator and Spiritual Leader. Working in the Non-Profit sector (first as a volunteer), assisting others to reach their fullest potential by helping them to see their true value and re-align their skills and Thinking in ways that most did not realize they could. Matching people with Career Opportunities of high value and profound impact on their lives. Teaching them such essential tools as Wealth Literacy, Self Evaluation for empowerment, and soft and hard skills inventory/transference, receiving the Roger Hines Community Service Award, from PHI BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY, INC. - AREA OF EASTERN MISSOURI for exemplifying superior community service through the Fathers Support Center of St. Louis Inc. in partnership with Employment Connection in 2014. He obtained Chancellors Certificates from the University of Missouri St. Louis in Neighborhood Leadership in the Neighborhood Leadership Academy, in 2022 and Neighborhood Leadership Fellows in 2023 through Creating Whole Communities a partnership with UMSL MU Extension and Our regions Neighborhoods. He went on to obtain his Chancellors Certificate in The Fundamentals of Urban Planning in 2023 and The Fundamentals of Economic Development in 2024 both from the University of Missouri St. Louis. Having management experience as the Manager of Section 3 Compliance and Certification as well as the Manager of WIOA Youth Program Mr. Collins-Bey is always positioning himself to be of service to others in such a way as to assist them in becoming productive in such a manner as to build and sustain their Self-Esteem and resiliency to go beyond their greatest accomplishments. He has always been Visionary in the fields of Self-Empowerment, Business, and Economics, having once even taught a free class at the Harris Stowe Annex Building Library in Options Trading in the early part of the 2000 decade.
